Salut c'est Tam. today i would like to share with you concrete keys so that you can have the best possible day. enjoy every moment you have available to enjoy life. maybe it has already happened to you to remember a moment in the past ,a memory that is important to you and you say to yourself : daaamn time goes so fast ! life goes by very quickly. this is why in this video I would like to give you serious keys so that you can take advantage of these moments that you have available. maybe you know me through this Youtube channel and you know that i am someone very down to earth, very far from me the idea of telling you to start running in the fields or in the forests or start clapping your hands to have the best possible day, that’s not me. i will share with you in this video what i have applied to myself and that works on relatively simple things in your daily life. before I share with you what I have learned myself and applied to myself, well I would like to share with you first what science has taught us. science has taught us that smiling generates endorphin so what I invite you to do is simply to take advantage of the moments or the opportunities that you have to smile in your day to enjoy them and you will see that most of the time even if you do not necessarily have a good day well you will seize the opportunities to smile and that really can change a large part of your day or your daily life in the coming years. so rule number 1: seize the opportunities of smiling. rule number 2 the human was made to be in group. what I invite you to do if today you have a work which is very independent one or that you are very solo , you know, it is to sometimes take advantage of these moments that you have in community to feel the feeling of accomplishment ,we will come back to it right after, it is a feeling that will make you feel this feeling of well-being through your daily life but also with a certain perspective on your life.
maybe this has happened to you sometimes at certain times we will have the feeling that we are having a good day at that precise moment and sometimes we will see a certain decline for example at the end of your day and you say to yourself: I still had a good day and well you will see that we will try to create these two types of sensations through the same day and the first sensation during your day is, as I said rule number 1 take advantage of the opportunities to smile that you have at your disposal and rule number 2 spend time with other people because the human was made to grow in community now I would like to share with you what works for me. That doesn’t specially make me have a good day or even don't make me have a good day at all and from the moment I identified this , it allowed me to say ok ,I won’t do these things anymore and mathematically rather than coming to add new things in my life I will first delete what I do not like and this will allow me to improve my daily life and I noticed one thing, is that indeed I like to sleep well but the fact of waking up systematically later, that does not make me specially have a good day why? I will come back to it right after ,second thing I also identified what does not make me have a good day for example housework working for someone i wouldn’t feel like I was fulfilling myself or just doing a job that is not going to help other people, that I am not going to add value to or of which I will not really see the value which I will add for example you certainly know it if you work in the restoration, like my parents .it is what is called the syndrome of the cook: he will spend hours to prepare a good dish but ultimately won’t see the smile on the faces of the customers or the people who will eat his dish.
So what I invite you to do today is through your professional career to be as close as possible to your customers to see the wonder that you will bring to them, the value that you will bring to them and done gradually but surely you will see that you have this feeling of accomplishment, that you are serving something to come back to the things you no longer do in your day, I simply invite you to make a list of things you do not like, do it wherever you no longer want to do it. personally I know I love working and therefore I preferred to focus more on my professional career and use the finances that I generate in addition to precisely hire people to do what I no longer want to do this can be household tasks, it can be for example for you to drive. personally I like to drive but I don't like to spend time in traffic jams so I'm going to use other means of transportation or make sure I have a daily life that doesn't require a lot of travel .so you understand if you spend time doing things that don't make you have a better day or make you have a bad day, not only do you do things you don't like but on top of that you lack time to do things that really interest you and which will actually make you have a good day. today simply list the things you do that don't necessarily improve your level of happiness but which, conversely, reduce it .once you have this list of things that you no longer necessarily want, find a solution to no longer do them.
